The deep practice of mindful diaphragmatic breathing is therapeutic to the mind, body, and spirit. If you are looking for inner peace, clarity, self-soothing, you are in the right place.
What a Private Session Looks Like:
We start by setting an intention for the breathwork practice. What are you wanting to let go of or bring into your life?
We will dive into a guided meditation which will take you into a state of relaxation. Essential oils may be sprayed to deepen blissful states. I will guide you through the practice as music is played throughout. At the end, we will connect and reflect on your insights and practice (if you are in a space to share).
Breathwork is a beautiful and powerful practice where a lot of emotions may be released, so plenty of time is left after to settle, ground, and soothe.
Virtual sessions are available from the comfort of your own home.
It is a gift to be able to practice the art of conscious and rhythmic breathing in your own space. Virtual sessions offer you comfort and convenience while you dive into this powerful practice.
What is needed for virtual breathwork:
