According to The American Institute of Stress:

  • 77 percent of people experience stress that affects their physical health

  • 73 percent of people have stress that impacts their mental health

  • 48 percent of people have trouble sleeping because of stress

    Web MD explains that stress can worsen or increase the risk of conditions like obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, depression, gastrointestinal problems, and asthma. It can even accelerate aging!

    These statistics are as astounding as they are concerning and show the dire need for stress management.

    This is why I have dedicated my life to reducing and managing stress so you can experience your life more fully, have healthier relationships, and live with more peace and joy.
